Your customers scan the NFC plate or QR Code with their smartphone and are redirected to your review page (Google, Tripadvisor, Instagram...). Important: do not stick the plate directly onto a metal surface. Metal can block the NFC signal and completely prevent the plate from being detected. To install it on metal, add an insulating spacer thick enough between the plate and the surface.
