About Mon Avis Facile
Mon Avis Facile designs and sells NFC and QR code plates that send a business's customers to its online review page. The service is published in Luxembourg by CODALUX SARL-S and serves professionals in France, Belgium and Luxembourg.
What the service does, in one sentence
A business owner places a plate on their counter. Their customer taps a phone against it or scans the QR code, and lands directly on the page where a review can be left: a Google Business listing, a Tripadvisor page or an Instagram profile. The customer installs nothing and creates no account.
Why this service exists
Two obstacles stop most satisfied customers from leaving a review: they have to find the business online, and they have to remember once they are already home. Both disappear when the request reaches them while they are still on the premises and still pleased with the visit.
Choosing a physical plate over a software product answers a practical constraint: a shop owner, a tradesperson or a volunteer running a non-profit has no time for yet another tool. The plate is placed once and works without further intervention.
The business model, plainly
The plate is bought once and belongs to the buyer. There is no subscription, no monthly fee and no minimum term. The tracking mobile app and the e-mail signature are included at no extra cost.
Shipping is charged: delivery is not free. Current prices, the volume discount grid and delivery times are shown in the shop and on every product page.

Mon Avis Facile is an independent solution. It is neither affiliated with, partnered with, nor sponsored by Google, Instagram, Meta or Tripadvisor. The brands named here belong to their respective owners and are mentioned only to describe where a plate can redirect.
Our position on reviews
We make leaving a review easier. We never influence its content.
The plate redirects every customer to the same page, with no prior sorting or filtering. We do not offer, and will not offer, any mechanism to select which customers get asked or to screen reviews before publication: those practices are prohibited by article L121-4 of the French consumer code, by EU directive 2019/2161 and by Google's own policies. A negative review left through a plate is published like any other, and we have no means of removing it.
The reviews shown on this site come from our own Google listing and are fetched automatically. Anyone can therefore verify them at the source.
