Pricing questions
Are there any recurring fees?
No. You pay for the plate once and it is yours. The tracking mobile app and the e-mail signature are included at no extra cost, with no subscription and no minimum term. Nothing is charged after your order.
Is the volume discount automatic?
Yes. The unit price adjusts itself based on the quantity in your basket, following the grid shown above. There is no code to enter and no request to make.
Do prices exclude VAT?
All amounts shown exclude VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your delivery country: 20% in France, 21% in Belgium, 17% in Luxembourg. With a valid intra-community VAT number the sale is exempt. Otherwise, whether you can recover it depends on your status, to be checked with your accountant.
Is delivery free?
No, shipping is charged by destination as shown in the table above. It is calculated at checkout from your delivery address.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payment is by bank card, securely. We store no card data on our servers, the transaction being handled by our payment provider.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes, an invoice is provided for every order. It states the VAT applied and, where relevant, the intra-community exemption if you supplied a valid VAT number.
Can I get a refund if the plate does not suit me?
Our sales are concluded between businesses, so they fall outside the right of withdrawal, which protects consumers. As a commercial gesture we accept the return of a standard, non-personalised product if your written request reaches us within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to our prior agreement and to a return in original packaging, unused and not activated. Return shipping is at your expense and a 15% deduction applies for administrative and logistics costs. Personalised products are not taken back. Full details are in our terms and conditions of sale.
Is there a price for large volumes?
The volume grid applies automatically and covers most needs. For a large order, a retail network or a customisation request, contact us through the form for a tailored proposal.
